Abh measurement system
Abh measurement system is a new system of measurement created by the Abh. Its foundation lies on the SI and the Japanese or Asian long_and_short_scales system instead of the Western. (currently, a direct copy from the Laburec Library)

General scaling system[edit | edit source]
Instead of the western powers of 3 scaling system it uses the asian powers of 4 scaling system.

Additionally, the Abh are using light-second, light-year, and the Planck-length (1.616252 × 10−35 m) and Planck-weigth (2.17645 × 10−8 kg)
Time[edit | edit source]
Time is measured like on ancient Earth in seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and years. The only difference is that there are no leap seconds and leap years. A year has now exactly 365 days. A minute has 60 seconds; an hour has 60 minutes; a day has 24 hours...
Gravity[edit | edit source]
Gravity is measured in units called Daimon (デモン) which is 0.5 Earth-gravity or 0.5 g. Standard gravity on Abh ships is one Daimon, hence, it is also referred to as standard gravity.
Plane-space[edit | edit source]
- Main article: Planar Space
Interstellar travel through plane-space required additional measurements only applyable to plane-space. The common measurement for distances is the Imperial nautical mile Cédlairh (ケドレル) and the Imperial knot Dirgh (ディグル). One Cédlairh is defined as the distance a space-time bubble with a mass of 100 tons travels in perfect motion in one second of plane-space time. One Dirgh is the velocity at which it is possible to travel one Cédlairh in one hour of plane-space time.
